Default i have some questions how to break in my motor h22

my h22 is turboed i need to break the h22 in. should i use the h23 intake manifold with the h23 ecu? should i use the turbo to break the motor in or get a stock header? whats size injectors should i get 550cc,750 or 780cc. i have a aem ems and vortech frp

you don't really need to "break it in" like you think you do. really, the engine just needs to go through a couple heat cycles and maybe 10-20 miles before the rings seat properly. once they seat, hammer on that sucker! The size injectors you need will depend on the power you are wanting to make. if you plan on EVER making over 300whp, i'd get bigger than 550's just so you don't have to switch again later.

as far as the ecu, whatever ecu will start the car will be fine for now, till you go tune it. if the AEM base map will start it, then use that. it would be good to have a wideband just to make sure that you're not running so rich that you're washing out you cylinders. just run it on the stock injectors and a base map AEM- or even the stock ecu- with the turbo on it for a few heat cycles and you'll be good to tune DIRECTLY after.
