ok, for the head, All B-series headers will match up to the head.

as for the block, if you're definitly sticking with the B16 block, get a header for the B16. But if you ever decide to get a GSR block, the B16 won't clear the oil pan very well. Another thing to consider is what cat/test pipe piping size you're running now. If its 2.25" get a header for the B16/GSR (aka "US spec"). If you're doing a 2.5" piping, get a header for a Type R/GSR (aka "JDM spec") because they have 2.5" collectors
