- There is a Cotter Pin ("Snap Pin", bottom pic #17) attached to a Clevis Pin (bottom pic, #1) at the Cable's Caliper end. Use either your fingers or some Needle Nose Pliers to remove it, by twisting and then pushing it out.
- The Clevis Pin secures the Cable end to the Parking Brake Lever (the part with the Spring attached to it, top pic #29/39). After removing the Cotter Pin, simply slide the Clevis Pin out.
- The Cable will still be attached to the Parking Brake Arm (top pic #31/41), and you'll have to remove the Retaining Clip (bottom pic #16). Get a Flathead Screwdriver and pry the clip upwards to remove it.
This will disconnect your Parking Brake Cable from your Rear Caliper. If you were looking to remove it completely, you'll have to undo the Bolts on the Traling Arm, as well as the attachment to the Interior of your car...
What's wrong? GL and let us know how things go!

I'm trying to change my calipers..
They are seized, and also the bolts were all rounded off and seized. I managed to get the bolts all out, but I was unable to get the e-brake cable out to switch calipers.
I'm going to tackle it again tomorrow and see what happens.
