Default CRX back seat?????

I have a crx I was going to use for the race track and to drive to meets in. But had my HB impounded. I was wondering if anyone has a back seat in their crx, and if so can you put a baby car seat in the bacK? And is it safely restraint (Mite be miss spelled)

look on ebay for the jdm rear seat conversion. they are the only ones that had a factory rear seat. its more like a bench and a backrest made out of foam and covered in vynl. they are about 255 or so for the seat pieces and the replacement plastic trims that run the rear of the cargo area.

Thanks, but my question is, can a baby seat fit in the back with the conversion?

IMHO the baby is not safe anywhere in the car, front or back.

It's a CRX

Yes please don't but a baby in a crx, have you ever seen a crx in a crash over 60mph? It looks like junk yard metal cube, I am plan on getting a role cage one day just because the crx is'nt that safe.

ROFL @ the idiots in this post.

How in the hell is it unsafe to have a baby in your CRX?
Would it be any safer in a 4door or HB? Nope, and in 88-91 people DEFINITELY had lots of infants in there.
I grew up riding in an EF HB.

If you put in a rear seat the baby will be incredibly safe unless your in an EXTREME accident (Im talking flippin/gettin tboned/ hit by a semi)
Otherwise the baby will be fine, unless your a dumbass and dont know how to put in a car seat.

I mean really, calling it unsafe is a very stupid claim to make.
It's no more unsafe then having the baby in any other kind of coupe or sedan.

The baby is strapped to the seat.
The seat is strapped to the frame.
The baby+seat arent going anywhere.
For the baby to be hurt you'd have to be hit with such impact that the frame smashed the baby. And if that happens, your fucked no matter what.
I mean the baby seat would be 100% stationary prssed between the front seat and back, plus strapped down.

Babies in CRX's are just as safe as any other car.

To the OP, there's a How To on this I did in my signature.
