Well with a d series you just had to turni it right and drop it past the axles, with my LS in I have an OBD1 94-95 intake mani and I could acctually pull it up though with a little work, I'd say the most common way is to pull the axle and drop it down, thats what you have to do on 90-93 tegs, just unoblt the lower control arm from the frame, unbolt the sway bar from the control arm and then pull the axle out of the mid shaft, I forget but you may need to unbolt the shock fork too but I don't think so, HTH

Oh yea you may have to unbolt the miud-shaft too but you'll see just take your time and move what you have to move

i gues ill see when i get over there, its already just sittin in there just needs to be pulled out from somewhere, i think the easiest would be to just pull the master cylinder off.

are you sure thats easier? you would probably have to bleed the system again unless u bend the tubes. Try the axle, thats how I got mine out. I had to put pressure on the suspension so i could drop it out and put it in.

I didn't have to remove my axle to drop mine out. I just had to take the lca off the ball joint, remove the bolt in the lca that connects the shock and i was able to take it off.
