hi i have a 1992 civic eg and i put a h22 in with an external coil, i had a msd box and coil on car already i am trying to get spark. i took the white wire from msd box and hooked it to yellow green wire on distributor harness and the red wire from msd to the black yellow plug on harness. then it pops when you first crank it and then turns over with out any sign of starting i have new spark plugs and it has compression. please help this is my daily driver and i need it back on road. thanks ryan

have u tried starting it w/o the msd box? does the motor crank at all?
