Default bent or bad valves??

I did a b16 swap in my 90 CRX DX and its running like crap. Its running real rich, and is coating the back of my car with black ****. Anything below 4000 rpm the car boggs and is hard to get to rev up.The car barely idles too. I have changed my O2 sensors, injectors, and set my timing. The only thing I can think of is that I bent a valve some how. How much does it normally cost to have someone change your valves. Or how hard of a job is it do by myself?

i over revved my itr and i bent a couple of valves, its pretty pricey, over 400 for new valves and probably 500 for labour at least
