my gf has an 88 civic dx with a real problem .

As soon as the car warms up the idle starts to surge, (no tach but I'm guestimating it jumps from 500-2000 rpm)

I've tried a few things... ecu was flashing code 1 so i replaced the o2 sensor.

Replaced the IAC valve.

Bled the cooling system.

took apart the throttle body and replaced the Gasket.

Only other thing i can think of is that it's or Throttle Angle sensor. This possible?

This car is starting to drive me crazy!!

is it possible that it is the TAS(throttle angle sensor)

if so how can i replace it. its riveted into the TB, does the whole TB have to be replaced just to change the sensor??
