Default Cig Lighter not-working / Armrest Ebreak trim

I have a 94 EG HB, the cig lighter hasnt worked in many years, but the raido is fine..i know they are on th same fuse, so today i took out the trim pannel and looked at the wires, unplugged everything, pluged it back in, and it still didnt work. I know its not the push button part thingy, because i have a charger for my psp that plugs in the slot, and it doesnt charge the psp. Any help? Can i get a replacement at the dealership or somthing? i need the charger for my PSP (preping it for PSP GPS dash install)

Also, i have a crack behind the e-break and im getting the armrest optional honda part replacement, any reviews on it besides in the Audio trim pannel option thread?

dont hate us noobs, please...8^)

My money goes on you downloading the manual for your car from hondahookups.com (have to sign up) and look in the electrical section to trace the wires you need to make the lighter work. It shows everything.
