Are you referring to your bulbs in the corner/parking lights? If so and they don't come on they could just be blown?
*maybe ? haha* realized the only way they'd be "next to the turning signals" would be him guessing the orange lights blink when you turn - which they don't. I was thinking it would be replacement bulbs for those parking lights - I've seen those bright white/blue lights in there before

Yeah those are your corner/parking lights, not turn signals, I would imagine if those are not coming on with one or two clicks for a couple possible reasons:

1) there's a short somewhere in the wire (but on both seems odd)
2) fuse is blown, they could both be on same one , which would make sense
3) the bulbs are blown or are the wrong kind

The muff man referred to "corner/parking lights". Idunno about this car but some have "cornering" lights that come on only when the headlights are on and you're making a turn to illuminate thngs to the side you're turning to. Could that be it?

Yeah on the 95's I think the corner lights blink with the turn signals. On the 96-97 they don't. They should come on when you turn on your parking lights or your headlights either one. Sounds like someone just put a ricer blue bulb in yours. Do you have the clear corners? Have you tried another bulb? I'd do that first if it doesn't fix it I'd guess you have a wiring problem somewhere.
