Default Help! I tore a boot doin my clutch install

I tore the tie rod ball joint boot. I've got a new one, but how the hell do you get this thing to go on over the lip? I've got an 00 Civic Si.

Did you remove the band from the old one? Pack it with grease and slide it on, and squeeze to bleed ou any air. Reuse the band.
