i konw its stupid and i dont intend to leave it like this but i awitch my turn signal light with my break light on the two outer parts of my tails and was just wondering if that was illegal

 

i guess if u put a red light bulb into the turnsignal part it wont be that illegal, but if you kept it orange i am going to say that its illegal

 

My question is WHY? I dont think it is if your bulbs are still in there but it will be annoying as hell.

I've seen this before, never on purpose, and it always makes me laugh because it looks dumb. Most of the time it's only one light though, like when the driver steps on the brakes the passenger side's amber turn signal lights up but the driver side is normal.

I guess it would be different, but I wouldn't do it... as long as your brake lights are red then I dont think it's illegal.

 

I believe in most states reverse must be white, turn signals must be orange or red, and stop lights must be red. If you have the color right it shouldn't matter.
