Default WTF do a swap now running rich....

I did a b16a swap in my 90 crx dx and now it runs really rich.. I have taken it to different mechanics and all they could figure out was the O2 sensors were no good, the injectors were leaky. So I fixed all of that and still nothing. So then I figured out that it was out of time and I fixed that, but still the same thing. I dont know what else it could be I have a PW0 ecu and I am throwing a code 9. I'm getting a new dizzy but everyone says that that wouldnt cause this. I was thinking that maybe it is the valves. But is there any way to test for that. I did a compression check and its 210 across. The back of my car is coated with a film of black ****, that is unburned fuel. I have run out of options and I'm leaving for a 5 hour trip next weekend and I kind of want my car running good. Does anybody have any ideas?

How can I test it? Is the only way to do a electrical test?

get a fuel pressure gauge, they're like 30$

I was running rich resulting in lost of power.
my fuel pressure was too high, and i had to trouble shoot why.

happy trouble shooting.

the code 9 is a #1 cylinder position(CYP)
the CYP sensor which in build into the dizzy determines the position of the cylinder for sequential fuel injection to each cylinder. so i'm pretty sure that when you replace that dizzy you will stop that code and running the way its running now.
you can also check the sensors to see if its preforming right or not.
