Don't know if I can help..but what's the radiator? I'm sure you either upgraded it or used and Si? if so and etc. etc. if it's only the hose that don't fit cuz most likely it's too long then cut it to size basically...you said the hose didn't fit right did you not..I can tell you this I've replaced my radiator myself in my 95 coupe so yeah I at lest know a little something in order to know how to do it myself . I say cut it to size if it's the hose.

the problem is that the hose fits on the motor side on the top but is way to big on the radiator side and opposite on the bottom hose

From what I know and have the hose are basically the same size straight like a tube/pipe not big one end and small the other if that's the case I don't know what to tell you but that wrong hose? cuz the top hose and bottom for mines is bascailly same size in END and maybe different size in hose don't remember but otherwise noting like you said " hose fits on the motor side on the top but is way to big on the radiator side and opposite on the bottom hose" What kind of radiator is it anyways...is it and aftermarket upgrade or the Si? CUz if it's Si and Si B16 engine shouldn't be a problem cuz you at least need same size radiator to cool engine aftermarket or not and hose should be straight same size in end and should have no problem.

Well see mines the same too then mines an aftermarket but it's made for the del sol si and I just put it in my 93 which I sold already and not this one the 95...but from what you just said same radiator the hose shouldn't be big one end and not the other you can just clamp it and see if it'll hold which I don't think so cuz hose is kinda thick and tough might lead to leaks but you can try otherwise I think you've got wrong hose man...good luck...sorry if I can't help...

"went to honda and they sold same hose and radiator I dont get it "

My answer "WHAT!! " radiator hose not that hard and honda they should know easy unless some part time counter clerk. You said same radiator as 92-00 civic...del sol is what I have in old 93 they're all just about the same but a little different in where hose connect...I think for me picture would help to know how it looks like and etc. to help otherwise I can only say it's the hose that is not fitting that's wrong. is the connection to the motor bigger than the connection to the radiator? I would think not if so then the hose should fit smaller end to where ever the smaller connection is and bigger end to the bigger connection but like I said can't remeber if my hose was different in end size will have to let you know tomorrow I'm out now for tonite. check back tomorrow if you like and I'll let you know otherwise hopefully some one else can help you otherwise good luck... I'm out now so yeah...tomorrow....

okay so I looked today and no like I said the hose should not be any different in size they are both just about the same size with one only shorter than the other...shorter for top to engine and longer for bottom of radiator to engine. Picture don't show bottom but shows top and there's no big end or small end. Like I said most likely it's the hose that's wrong that's not fiting right. Sorry all I can say cuz can't be anything else...good luck

I figured it out the bottom hose did fit fine the top hose fit on the motor side nice n tight but on the radiator neck was loose so I used a worm clamp and no leaks...but thanx anyways
