just recently replaced my clutch master cylinder because i found it leaking. don't know how long it has been leaking but my pedal has always felt strange. after driving my prelude that i drive everyday and then get in my civic it feels like it takes less effort to push my pedal in, unlike my prelude that has a more stiffer pedal feel and the civic stays further to the floor. is it possible that my civic slave cylinder is out too? i have a stage 3 clutch in the civic and the prelude is stock.

check for a leak... if not then just bleed the clutch to your preference...

... then you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your "VTAC"
