haha i thought my dramatic cry for help will get some people to help me with this small problem....

I have my first autocross race this Sunday and i know i have to have the battery secured well. I've done the SCCA rallycross before and didnt know that so i bunjied down the battery and the guy said he'll let it pass, but i dont wanna take any chances on Sunday.

I looked around for holes where i can bolt the battery down with something but i couldn't find anything on the battery platform. All there was, was a tab thing that came off the battery platform that had a hole in it where i hooked one of the bunjie cords.

 

wahts wrong with the stock battery bracket?

 

there's nothing, it just sits on a platform thats like the exact same size as the battery and not big enough to drill a couple holes in it to bolt down the battery

 

i mean why cant u just get another stock tie down? if your missing one

 

lol... you can run to the auto part store, get a cheap bracket, and cut to fit, so that it does'nt touch or damage your hood.
