Default Turboing a D16Y7.. IM A NOOBIE

hey i was just wondering if turboing a D16Y7 is even worth turboing? and if it is what would be a good setup for it?

With enough patience, you could piece together a kit for under $1000.

for about $1500 you can get the 96-2k Greddy bolt and go turbo setup. it comes with the e-mange which is programable fuel piggyback system. you can take it to any decent speed shop and have then reprogram it to run the non-vtec motor and you'll be fine.

I do how ever recommend you get a different intake.

I turboed my y7 back in 01 using a Greddy 92-95 kit w/blue box. It ran great, I just had to add the elbow to make the 90 bend to the TB, but other than that everything else bolted right up.
