how would the service guy know the rotors are find without removing them or taking measurements? it could be a wheel balance issue, but you would get vibration even when you werent braking

if you feel vibration in the brake pedal or only when braking it's definately a rotor issue.. the service guy can't look at the rotors and say they're fine... the only way to tell is to take measurements or just have them re-surfaced..... I've had this problem on 2 different cars and both times re-surfacing the front rotors fixed the problem.. you can't tell just by looking at it cuz you can't see rotor warpage.. they always look smooth

Prrrrrus One!
New (to you) bike? I always change out the tires and brake pads when I purchase a motorcycle. If that solves the issue, hooooray!
