I am trying to get mt Built H22 up and running, but am having problems. When I try to start it it starts for about a second and dies. It is getting fuel and is getting spark. The cam timing is dead on. I have adjusted my built head valve lash to factory specs, there is a brand new battery with a full charge, I have oil pressure, and the starter is good, so I am pretty much clueless now as to what is causing it to die, so if anyone could please help I would really appreciate it. Also, I am running n/a just to start it, stock ecu, injectors, header etc just so you know.
It's either the IACV or you keeping your foot on the pedal on a cold start. I've done the same thing before.

Thanks, I wouldn't think that it would have anything to do with it dying, maybe ideling, but not dying.

I had one Cel for the IAT sensor, and realized that the IAT and IACV plugs were switched, so I switched them and the cel went away, but still same symptoms. Its seems as when I leave the car sit for a few mins then try and start it, it will almost run for a second, but when I try to start it again right away it dies faster, so could I possibly be flooding the engine?
