P1336 Engine Speed (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor Intermittent Interruption
P1337 Engine Speed (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor No Signal

I don't really know OBDII cars, but i would say you need a new Crankshaft speed sensor. First check the wiring to make sure no wire is disconnected or shorting out or anything. It should be located near your crankshaft pulley.

if it shorts it, what should i do? cut the wire and connect a new one? or should i just buy a new sensor?
