crx trim door handle cups
i was wondering if you have to take the door panel off to remove the trim cup around the handle or if it just pops right out??? also are all trim cups interchangeable year wise?
yes you do have to take the door panel off and yes all they do is pop the trim piece out.
as far as the trim "cups" being interchangable the answer is yes and no...all the trim pieces do is hold in place there around a hole in your door, you COULD but a different year trim piece in there but you might have to do some modifications "like fiberglassing" to the door, if the hole on your door wasnt the right size..

so i do have to take the door panel off to remove them but not to instal them???

right because all they do is pop in and out...if you are removing them you have to get behind them to pop them out.
