dam things are partially cracked... the screws are rusted with no thing to put the screw driver in how do i get these things off? i've tried everything but i don't want to break the mount how do i get these off? i've used pliars screw drivers and stuff

its a 1990 Accord EX

i have new ones ready to go on but i can't get these lights off dammit!

can i use a drill on the screw and go right through the screw? or will that damage something...

If you have new ones and don't care about the old ones,I smashed mine with a hammer. Then they pull out easily and you can get to the screw easier to put the new ones back in.

You might want to try the Bob Villa "Screw Out" kit from Sears (drill required).
But use eye protection unless you wanna get metal bits lodged in your cornia like it did!

If the screw is pretty rusted and you can get to where it goes in spray it with some wd40. I would let it sit a little while and give it a few shots. Then try again with the screwdriver. If that doesn't work I woudl try some ez outs (they look like reverse drill bits). If the screw is really rusted in there you might have to drill it out and retap the hole (but that's not hard at all).
