Default questions.... ls into 90 crx si

i have a 96 ls motor with a ys1 tranny. i have the right shift linkages, hasport mounts. jumper harness for the ecu and ecu and axles...
this will be goin into my 90 crx si... my a6 is already out and i know i have to make a dent in the body somewhere right? and my ls didn't come with a motor harness so im not sure which to use... and i only have 3 out of 4 of my injectors... could i pull the ones off my a6 and use it with the ls...
my main question would be which motor harness would i need... and would i need any other parts

Use the stock harness from the car. Get an ECU, and a distributor, from a 90-91 LS, and use your A6 injectors they are the same. You could even use your A6 ECU, but the fuel maps will not be correct unless you chip it. Either way you will need a obd0 Distributor. The other route is converting to OBD1or2 which is allot more expensive and complicated.

you need to dent where the alt will be maybe just guess

http://www.crxresource.org/mod...d=134

"33. Get a hammer, and beat the crap out of the right side of the frame on the car, where your alternator is going to go. you need to make a dent roughly 2 inches in diameter and the dent needs to be at least a half inch. its in the same location as your right shock just alot lower. "

If you have to buy a new dizzy anyway, converting to OBD1 isn't that expensive. All you need is an ECU and a harness to convert it. I got my ECU with the plugs that go into it and a couple feet of attached wire for $50 at a junkyard. You will also need the plugs out of an OBD0 ECU, you could use the pm6 or get a useless/broken one like a PM5. Then you just have to match pins and solder the wires onto the OBD0 plugs.

Don't you also need a 4 wire O2 sensor for obd1?

Not necessarily. If you keep the 1 wire close to the engine so it stays hot, you can use it, but it's still better to have a 4 wire.

no the harness is different for OBD1. with an OBD0-OBD1 conversion you need to use the OBD0 engine harness.

you have 2 options. stick to OBD0 and get an OBD0 dizzy and ECU OR buy a dizzy jumper harness to run the OBD1 converion with an OBD1 dizzy.

what it does is basically plug into your OBD0 harness's dizzy plug and has OBD1 dizzy plug on the other end. rywire sells them for like 30 bucks

Just run OBD1 I sold a obd0 LS dizzy on ebay for like $40. Otherwise you will have to buy a ECU jumper harness, and all of the crap. When I did my OBD1 conversion I made my own and spent about 5hrs in it, but I don't reccomend that route if you've never dealt with Honda ECU wiring before. As for the O2 sensor, just use the 1 wire from the stock engine.
