Does anyone know if you turn the knob on the headlight clockwise or c/cw to lower the headlight?
thanks for your help...my headlights are aimed so high i need to lower them but i don't want to spend like 2 hours doing moving it around just to find out that i moved it up some more. thanks
park your car 5-10 feet away from a wall.
turn your lights on.
adjust one headlight.
check to see if it gets lower than the other.

i turned it a lot the last time i was adjusting it but i couldn't tell if it went down or up..and i turned it a lot. must've been at least 5 minutes one way and 5 the other..
Aren't there little bubble levels on the lights? They should tell you what you want to know.
i got into an small accident and those bubbles aren't accurate but i got it to work..clockwise on the veritcal adjustment to lower the headlights and clockwise on horizontal adjustment to move further out.
