Hey i own a 1999 honda civic ex 4dr with a D16y8 vtec motor. when i have my car in nuetral and rev the rpm's there is nothing but a clear sound. but when you start going there is this sound like a nock of a cam of rocker arm... it happends in ether 1, 2, 3, gear at around 3500rpms....... what is this knock? i have gotten comments that it might be a CV joint or timing is off. i have checked the cv's the boots are still in good shape, not rips or anytihng so i know there isnt a loss of grease. timing belt i have no idea if thats it or not. because i hear ntohign when i rev in newtral. WHAT IS THIS SOUNDS. It is making me go freaking insaine. I'll try to get a recording of the sound, once i do i'll get it on here.......

PS: the oil level is full, i just replaced the oil and filter........
