Koni struts???
Not 5 notches but 3. Standard, Higher and lower. They are approx 1" apart..
For coil overs, I have mine all the way on top... When I had the standard springs on, were in the middle. Using the stock springs, you can set the rears on the bottom perch and will lower car approx 1" and retain the factory ride quality.

Sports are yellow.
There are 2 different kind of Koni's the ones that can be adjusted with the strut installed, and the ones that require removal of the strut for adjustment...
I beleive the "remove and install" ones have more height adjustments...
The sports or "yellows" are they are more commonly know as, have only 3 settings (at least the current production off the shelf units do) single adjustables..
