hey all, i got a 91 crx dx, daily driver, and tonite i just got done putting a dc sports header on it, i took it for a drive, and it was good for a few minutes, all of a sudden now it bogs really bad below 2k rpm. im not running a cat on it, also it has a "open" style shitty muffler on it, my friend thought it may be due to not having enough back pressure, but i dont know, i havent checked for codes yet, since its kinda late, but just wanted to see if any of you had any ideas, thanks in advance

double check your o2 sensor. did you touch any thing else while putting on the header?

 

i double checked my 02 sensor, and also checked to see what code i was throwing, it was a code 1 for the 02 sensor, i was checking some things over and found that some of the wire was showing through the insulation, could that be causing it

 

well i cut out the part of the wiring showing through, spliced it back together, soldered it, and heat shrinked it, ran the wire a different way, and reset the ecu, took it for a drive, and everything seems fine now, im wondering if maybe the part of the wire showing through, was touching something or? causing it to throw the code
