Default advice for changing 1st gen b16a ditributor/rotor/cap

I am changing distributor/rotor/cap on a 1st gen b16a in my crx dx. I am looking at the MSD Ignition items available from summit but I am not possitive what combination of these I need in particular. These are the parts I am looking at Distributor Cap MSD-8290, Ignition Coil MSD-8235 and MSD-8090 Distributor Rotor. Any help is greatly appreciated, I did some searches but with no specific matches. Thanks.

Not for sure about obdo but I more specificly needed to know what combination of the entry level (least expense) Msd products to use.The dizzy description reads..
"The only way to maximize horsepower from a Honda or Acura engine is to get rid of the weak coil mounted inside the cap. These MSD Pro-Cap brass terminal distributor caps are specially constructed to allow the use of an external coil such as an MSD Power Tower to accept the high voltage of an MSD Blaster Coil". Simply put , I guess I get this dizzy and then add the blaster coil?

I am also debating wether to get MSD at all over stock. From what I read in forums , ignition upgrades are only nessasary for massive Horsepower engines and that stock honda/acura works great!! if not just as good or better than aftermarket. My contention though is that for not a whole lot more $$ and effort, I can install performance parts that are needing to be changed anyway. And who knows I may scratch that itch and get that horsepower increase sooner than later.

unless you are boosted you do NOT need a msd anything, the stock coil is plenty powerful enough even running 9,000 rpm+, you will just be wasting money that could be used for something that would actualy make your car faster, just buy a honda cap/rotor and some NGK wires and you will be set
