Default For those of you that use Red Line oils...

Which Red Line oil do you use? The SAE20 is the closest to 5W20, is this optimal? Do you leave it in for 10K-18K miles? What about tranny oils?

why do you use redline? honda supplied oil works good enough...

i replace mtf 20k miles for the first 50k miles, and then switch 10k miles after i pass 50.

What are the benefits from using a slightly heavier mtl in the tranny? I have just purchased MT-90 (70W-90) by Red Line. It is slightly thicker than the OEM or OEM replacement fluid(70W-80). Is this better? Worse? I have been led to believe that the MT-90 is slightly better than the regular MTL? Your thoughts?

Also, why are you guys replacing your MTL at 15K intervals? Honda recommends every 6yrs/120K. You are no where close to that. Every mechanic/performance shop says that if you change that often, you are wasting money with NO benefit.
