Default "Instrument Lights" fuse keeps blowing

what would be a cause of the instrument 7.5Amp fuse to keep blowing ,and the gauge cluster does not light up at night?

You just have to check where you were working at last. Use a multi-meter if you have one. I'm not talking about those cheap ones (looks like a clear pen) that lights up with voltage. In other words, you have to OHM out which wire is touching ground.
