yeah I have a ef 4dr and am trying to decide between ls or b16. i also only have 1500 to work with any advice would help. or any other suggested engines.

B18A/B (LS) over B16. Then later slap a B16 head on the B18A/B and you will have more power than B16. Also you can pick up a B18A/B for cheaper and have money left for the mounts, linkage etc

 

how much can i find a b18a/b for and what parts would i need.

Every market is different I got a B18A/B for $400 motor and tranny. Read the link above tons of good info in there.

 

what about wiring is the ls different from si wiring
