P72 GSR obd2 ECU or P2T SI OBD2 ecu.. INPUT..
P2T if you are running the thing stock and are in an emmisions state. It's an OBD2 motor and that's the ECU that comes with it.
If you live in a non emmisions state and would like the tunability of OBD1, I would reccomend a chipped P28 (much cheaper than a P72) and an OBD1 conversion.

P2T for OBD2, all though you'd have to convert to OBD2b.
P30 for OBD1. Or you can chip a P28 with P30 maps.
there are a few OBD2a P30s out there (from 96-97 DelSol VTEC) but they are rare.
BTW a P72 isn't going to run the B16a2 correctly.
