26.1" Diameter

vs

23.44" Diameter

11+ % bigger? No way.

Why would you want such a huge tire? (prob weighs a lot more too)

my guess is drag racing, turbo setup.

M&H makes slicks that fit the stock wheels.

My guess is drag racing. I *think* you get bigger bragging rights when you do it on street tires.

<---hoping that doesn't sound like I'm insulting drag racing.

Didnt even think about drag. If you want to jack the car up all the way and make a pass I think it might be fine, might still rub though.

I put the 235/65-16s from my Odyssey on my 98 ITR before going to the speedo calibration shop to help beat a ticket. It worked - I got 12 mph of speedo error .

They didn't rub in a straight line (stock suspension) but I couldn't turn the steering wheel much past 3/4 turn without rubbing. It looked soooo ghetto. I should have taken a pic.

No, they won't fit for everyday driving. But at the dragstrip, where you put the tires on and inflate them to a really small psi figure to increase the size of the contact patch, and you don't have to turn the wheel? I have no idea.

Did the same thing! I still have the letter I wrote to the police, I used old winter wheels and tires and said I was from up north.

thanks for the responses guys. I have to run the BFG's in my class and I am goin to try to make em fit for this weekend NDRA race. I am on stock suspension, but have access to a set of cheapo coilovers if you guys think they will raise the car at all I could throw those on. I don't plan to drive on them or need to turn anymore than 3/4 turn either way
