Default cadmium plating brake rotors?

Hey guys I am going to be buying brand new rotors for my 99 civic si. I hate how they rust so fast since they are iron. I heard you can get them cadmium plated and they will not rust at all anymore. Is this true? Who can perfrom this service? Any info would be great. Thanks

the plating helps some but with the heat cycling you will get rust eventually. usually the rotors that come cad plated are done that way by the manufacturer.
