Default Clutch isnt engaging... HELP!!!

I put a new tranny and clutch on my rex with a sohc and my clutch wont engage. I have it adjusted all the way. And still nothing. When i try to put it in gear, it starts grinding. Could I have installed the clutch disc in the wrong way?

Any advice/suggestions will help...

Do you mean it won't disengage? Like, nothing happens when you press the pedal? You may have installed it backwards. ACT clutches aren't marked, it could be an easy mistake, especially if you haven't done it before.

Ok well it would be kind of hard to install the clutch in backwards. There is no way the pressure plate would even fit.
But yeah I figured it out, the spring for the throw out bearing was sitting right which was cousing the bearing to not to back far enough, which making it come out a lot more than necessary.
