Default engine removal help

Hey guys, im about to install a new engine into my 93 del sol Si (same kind, lower mileage) but only the engine. My question is: should i take out the tranny as well? or would it be easy enough to just remove the engine? i know the tranny has a hoist mount, but is it possible to just chain it to something else mountwise on the engine? if anyone knows i would much appreciate it!!

when you do a motor swap you need to remove the transmission.
