i dont know whats wrong with my car. the throttle wont respond when i hit the gas, all it does is die out if i dont have it in gear. any ideas? but if take it out of gear it will run fine sometimes, sometimes it doesnt i have to turn the car off and on til it works right.

 

sounds like a timing/ignition problem

check the basics...cap rotor timing...if all thats fine...move onto fuel related problems
