Default Clunk from a stop

Sometimes, when I come to a stop, put it in gear, and let the clutch out about halfway there is a slight clunk from my engine bay. It can also be felt by passengers if they have thier feet on the ECU area. Now, since it dosnt happen all the time I think its just a motor mount being gay. I filled my front and rear with poly glue, and then thought it might be too still so i drilled holes in the poly. The front definatly squeeks, I'm thinking this is the rear's way of saying screw you?
