Prothane or engery sup motor mount?

Default Prothane or engery sup motor mount?

would you guys recommend Prothane or engery sup motor mount with the JRSC? anyone have experience or comment on either set?

any major difference between the two?

I have energy suspension bushing inserts on my turbo setup. It's not horrible, but at idle, you can feel it, its not too bad though. I think overally the vibration is worth it seeing that your engine doesnt move around as much.

i also have the energy suspension mounts, yes the idle is felt more, but the difference you get in launches makes up for it
