sidemolding
There are clips every feet or 2 or so along the sidemoldings. You want to take off door panels and push out the clips. If you try prying them off from outside, you will risk the chances of bending your sidemoldings. Also there is a screw or 2 at the ends of the side moldings, i guess it would be diferent depending if you have a 4dr or 2dr

That's wrong, there's many more than one per two feet.
My roommate (Mr. Bob Dobalina) and I just took his off and replaced them with uber jdm ones and the front little one is easy to take off, just take off the fender lining and undo the clips.
For the doof ones, you have to take off your inner door panel and taking off the clips from the inside. <--This is kinda tricky to do, especially if you want to keep the mouldings and clips in good condition. I would suggest getting a new set of clips for the mouldings (Honda Dealership) so you can just cut the clip and take off the moulding, it is hard to get positioning to undo the clips. If you can't get new clips take time and be careful when you take off the clips so you can re-use them.
The rear smaller moulding I would say was the hardest but that is simply because you have to take out your rear seat and inner trunk and side panels. Once you take out the panels and seats you can reach to where the clips are for the mouldings.
The clips are kind of difficult to undo so be prepared for some frustration. If your car was painted with the mouldings on and they painted over them, use a straight razor/xacto blade and go along the top and bottom of the moulding so it doesn't crack the paint on the door and bumpers.
Good Luck
