What should I pay for a 91 Si Clutch install?
It is really easy. It can be done with hand tools. I used air the last time, so my time will be a little quicker than by hand, but I just had to take my trans out because the release spring broke. I went outside at 5:40pm and walked back in the door at 7:10pm and even stopped to talk to my neighbor for about 5 minuters. This included about 15 minutes of me playing around with the spring trying to figure out how it went on there before I took it off.
Now this was just taking it out. Putting it back in will take probably about 2 hours, but still. It's really easy. I think the hardest parts are taking the pin out of the linkage (takes about 2 min) and filling it back up with oil (because I can never find a good funnel that doesn't take forever to drain and still fits in the hole.
If you really can't do it yourself, don't pay much at all for someone else to do it. I'd say $75 tops (which I'm sure no mechanic would touch it for).

Thinkin of doing it myself. However, crawling on my back under jackstands isn't exactly fun when doing a clutch.
I'd figure that I'd need:
-Pilot bearing
-Clutch Disk
-Pressure Plate
-throw-out bearing
--maybe flywheel resurfaced
Does that sound about right for a DIY install?

I would do it yourself because it is pretty simple.
Your list of parts looks good too.
I would definitely get the flywheel resurfaced.

Im getting my install for 150. Ive got the same setup that you have todd.
Not everyone is as skilled as you.
Correct me if im wrong but you need an engine hoist to do the job. To pull the engine apart from the tranny, and not everyone has one!
Aww come on, you can' t do it yourself? Sooo easy on a Civic/CRX. The tranny weighs nothing in comparison ...

Uhh, a hoist to change a clutch? What are you going to hoist with this? You just unbolt the transmission, pull it off, change the clutch, bolt the transmission back on. No need to "hoist" anything.

I used a hoist when doing a clutch install on a zc. We had to undo the rear mount, side mount, and the front mount which only left one mount holding the motor in place. So before we undid all of those we hooked the hoist up to hold the motor in place on the transmission end while we changed the clutch.
Changing a clutch isn't hard it just takes a long time and is tiring. $150 is a fair price because nobody ever "wants" to change a clutch =P
You have to learn to DIY. Anyone can. Otherwise, you get #$#$ed royally by shops. I've learnt the hard way a couple of times with shops. Any different mods or swaps you do on your car will cost MORE to replace because most shops can't figure out how to put the SAME kind of part in the SAME spot as the old part using the SAME mounting points. 1.5 hours for rear discs on one side (DIY). 5 days for a shop to do the other side when I busted a bolt and didn't have the patience to get it out (plus $300 "and I'm giving you a deal"). i changed my flywheel, clutch and tranny a few weeks ago. hehe..we did it at work in the parking lot..
we started at 11am and was chirping 3rd by 4pm! the next day my boss is like..did u pull out ur motr yesterday at work..na just a tranny swap.. the only thing that slowed us down was the steering balljoint bolts wouldnt go back on...so i went into the shop(mitshbishi dealership) and jacked some 17mm bolts! it took 2 experienced honda boys bout 4hrs to do everything..
