are those even "bushings" in the SRR LCA? or are they just metal?

Yes almost any material can be a bushing, anything from a pvc pipe to a cnc machined aluminum piece.

The bushings are sphercial which means there is no rubber. It is a metal ball in a metal cup so it pivots. They are sealed so dirt doesn't enter the cup and wear out the bushing.

The is the order I chose for ease of removal and installation. The rear trailing arm usually hangs the 2 bolts toward the middle are harder to get out. If you work them out from the outside in, the LCA just falls as you go.
