Default More info on this rear spoiler

I can't recall the brand...
Who makes it?
Who sells it?
What advantages does this one have over the spoon spoiler?
What disadvantages does this one have over the spoon spoiler?
More pictures of the spoiler on a car, different angles if possible (side, back).

Car that resparked my honda enthusiasm:

Thank you!

Back yard Special
Special Order it, try http://www.memoryfab.com i guess, it's hard to find.
People will praise you cause your ride is so jdm sick.
Creates a shitload of drag/wind resistance, and it will essentially take weight off your front wheels so you will have less traction.
