Default 2nd & 3rd gear Vibration

Recently I installed a set of wheels with new tires (Falken Azenis 205/50/15) and new suspension (Tein Flex) on my DA Integra. After I did that and installed it, I had no problems what-so-ever. While under the car however, I noticed I had a couple bad lower ball joints and my axles were just crap. So, I took it to my mechanic and since he was changing the ball joints already, I had him change the axles as well.

After I got the car back from him, the car was vibrating to all hell in 3rd gear and 2nd gear. I have no idea why this is happening. The tires are brand new and balanced. The car has already gotten an alignment. I'm fresh out of ideas. I thought it could be the axles, but we replaced those axles with another set and still i'm getting the vibration. I spoke with someone a little while ago and he said that the rings on the axles that go into the tranny don't need to be there if I'm not abs (which I'm not) and having those rings can cause a bit of vibration. I have no idea really. I'm stumped. Any ideas? I've searched this topic but I haven't found anything that could definitively answer my question. Any help would be great.
