... but I need to pick a color to paint my CRX.

Here are my current options. If you add something stupid I'm gonna be mad.

I sorta want silver right now, but I am always changing my mind.

I have civic Si wheels. I am going to get them powder coated black.

if your getting your rims powdercoated i change my vote to championship white

I dunno if I know how to paint pearls though (Painting the car myself!)

From what i hear(friends who paint) peal white is harder to mix than championship white. If your scared of theft then the most lowprofile color has to be black, and maybe some solid colors like red. But in this hobbie i dont think there is a way to stay low profile. Wether it be a exhaust or gauges or maybe some dude you beat at the track theres always thieves wanting what they dont have. My whole phylosophy for painting a car is to have a completely new look, unless moneys an object but since your doing it yourself hell do whichever one you like best, painting a car a diff color is like having a totally diff car.

 

HOW ABOUT PINK WITH POWDER BLUE FLAMES HA

 

The silver is low profile enough, but still makes the car look new and fresh. That's why I kinda like it....

Just championship white is cool, but it sorta looks blah... hehe

silvers nice, the only prob with white i forsee is that it gets dirty quicker but then again your car will be cooler.

EBP, that color is sweet with Powder Coated rims, Sweet. Thats what I want for my civic.

I added ford mustang gunmetal, but if you wanted low profile, go with flat black....or something **** colored

 

rsx desert silver is hot but i don't think many people would like it (too jdm), my friend just painted his 96 hatch w/ the new ford gunmetal paint, it is tight! esp w/ the gunmetal slips and carbon hood, fenders, wing, and front lip

 

I dunno what Tahiti Racing Green is , but if its anything like my Tahitian Green then go for it OTOH , BRG is a great classic color and looks awesome with bronze rims .

 

Second that

 

Just straight up flat black. Forget this metallic flake and pearl crap.

Actually silver would look really good, especially with those black wheels.

 

i love this color,the mustang gunmetal, i would paint it that color or like a dark grey gunmetalish color.
