weird seatbelt question. locked??

Default weird seatbelt question. locked??

random question..when i bought my hatch it didnt have the rear seatbelts in..they came in a box (guess he had it gutted) and i am in the process of trying to put them in and they wont move, their locked..anyway to adjust them or de-lock them?

Have you tried bolting the reel into the location before pulling on the belt? Some times reels need to be mounted before they retract. (ie) belt will not retract if car rolls over. So if your holing in a position other than level it may not come out.

Yep, some reels have to be mounted in a certain orientation to retract.

had similar issues when putting mine back in...take the advice

i tried that. mount it on the top (the reel it self) or the lower part where the seatbelt would click in?
