no start w/out fuel inj resistor box?

i'm a little hazy on this...will missing the resistor box keep the car from starting?

missing the resistor box will fry the ecu if you have low imp. injectors on a car that takes high imp. injectors, unles you meen missing as in injectors arent connected missing and in that case no the car will not start.
