Which full coilover setup for my RSX-S?
you might not be upgrading. The term "full coilover" is just a marketing term. The fact is that you have coilover suspension when your car came off of the dealership. Coilover means that the coil (or spring) goes OVER the damper or strut.
the option that a sleeve type setup gives you and what you refer to as a "full coilover" is that you can adjust the height via the spring perch or some times the lower mount.
What did you change your suspension too?
The rsx has mac strut suspension, and i don't know much about that setup since it is alittle different then the duoble wishbone setup of the hondas im used to.
The tein basic, are a very entry level setup, which only real benifit is lowering your ride height. Something like the omni power will up your spring rates a good deal which is a good thing for preformance but not the best for driving comfort.
Im not really a fan of the "jdm" coilovers, but alot of people like them. And i think there aren't to many options for just a strut to add to your suspension (ie koni, KYB, or tockico).
the first question you should answer to help people answer your question is, what do you want out of the suspension?

I just want something that is better than Ground Controls. I want the ride semi stiff. Right now the car is lowered on stock shock and is a little bouncy.

you not going to get a better height adjustable setup then GC.
Look into struts like the Koni sport, and Tockico illiumnia (sp).

Why is that? I will probably just get the sleeves replaced and get Koni shocks.

Because Ground Control has the very best system of locking the perch into place. You dont' have to use any special wrenches, or mess with any double locking adjusters. You simply loosen a single allen screw, adjust the perch up or down, and retighten the allen screw. Plus they come with a lifetime warranty, and your choice of any spring rate you want.
Now combine that with a damper that also offers lifetime warranty, the largest damping adjustment range available, the best customer service in the buisness, and you'll easily knock the pants off any "full coil-over" system that is anywhere near the Koni/GC price range...

What would be a good spring rate?

If you don't know, I would stick with the "off the shelf" rates. They are perfect for sports/performance street driving. You won't need to change rates (or even know what you want) until you start racing at the track/strip/auto-x. At that point, you can purchase new/used springs & sell your old ones (the eibach springs hold value well)...
The cool thing is, before you go swapping springs, you can try to tune your over/under-steer characteristics with the Koni shocks. Increasing rear shock stiffness (or softening the fronts), should make the car tend to over-steer (& vice-verse). The shock adjustment will also allow you to adjust the ride quality between soft/smooth (for dates) & hard/sportier (for fun)...
The other thing is that Koni shocks require a special type of GC sleeve. You must specify that you will be using them on Koni's otherwise you will have to send them back & get the right ones...
