my check engine light came on, i want to know how to code read it, i think i turn one the key, turn it off, and back on then watch the ecu blink and count? i after i count the blinks were can i find a chart to tell me what it means?

i got a 91 crx with b16a and a pr3 ecu

 

turn the key to the on position and watch the LED on the ECU blink, then you hit the Search button on top to find the codes.
