maby its got a ding somewhere on the flange?

try to tight it a bit more.

 

Maybe the leak isn't coming from your vtec selonoid gasket. Try checking the cam plug, oem ones usually leak.

yes check your cam seal if not go ahead and change your dizzy o ring.

dizzy o ring
vtec selonoid
cam seal
